Every day counts!

Wow! I can't believe how quickly life changes. Clayton turned 2 two weeks ago, and today Jesse and I celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Last night I received beautiful "anniversary eve" bouquet of flowers. I was quite impressed that he decided to start our special day together a day early. That means I really get a two day anniversary this year! How fun is that?!

Some days I still feel like a little girl playing house. Other days,of course, I feel like we've been married for 50 years. Most of you who know us would probably agree that we act...for the most part...as if we've been married for quite some time. We are comfortable with one another. We know one anothers quirks and bad habits, but we are doing our best to keep in touch with the reasons why we first fell in love in the first place. And we're also trying to learn more about and fall more in love with the new us. After all, we've both changed so much since the time we were 19! We started reading The Love Dare together a couple of weeks ago, and I must say that I think even Jesse would agree that it has been fun.
